In today’s society, many people go on crazy diets to lose weight. According to the “Trim Down Club,” and their official nutritionist, there are 5 foods you should never eat if you plan on losing weight. Some may be surprising, and others are common sense; whatever the case, they should not be consumed if you are planning on shredding off the pounds.
Concentrated fruit drinks (orange juice, apple juice)
Margarine (try eating butter instead)
Whole wheat breads (pasta, muffins, pizza, cake)
Processed foods (if it comes in a box, you probably don’t need to eat it)
Genetically Modified (GM) Corn
