Q: How do you feel about the school’s new cell phone policy?
A: It’s taken some getting used to it’s hard to break old habits. As long as teachers monitor it, it’s great to have that at your fingertips. Times are changing. It can be a great resource if it’s used for the right reasons. Students here have done well with it.
Q: Who inspired you to become an administrator?
A: Kenneth Abbot, my first principal, and Doug Scheel my high school football coach. They helped me when I really needed it, and I wanted to be able to do that for others. I wanted to be able to impact others’ lives the way my teachers and coaches impacted mine.
