The WHS ROTC held a chili cook-off competition on Friday, October 21. Six different chili recipes were entered in the contest. WHS Teachers Kelly Whitaker and Britney Mullinax were the contest judges. The chili entries were judged on texture, color, spice, consistency, aroma, and flavor. It was a tough competition, and two recipes had to enter into a taste-off. The ROTC chili competition winner was Zac Dill. Zac put his culinary skills on display in this chili cook-off. Afterward, ROTC enjoyed a feast as they sampled all of the chili entries themselves.
