Senior Sports Spotlight
Every week a Senior Athlete from one of Walker’s many sports programs will be interviewed and questioned on a variety of topics, such as pre-game rituals and mental preparation. This will provide insight on some interesting and unusual things our athletes do to prepare for competition. This week’s senior spotlight will be focused on Catie Elliott, a Senior volleyball player for the Vikings.

Elliott: Chicken and homestyle food
Q: How do you prepare mentally the day of the game?
Elliott: I get into my own world and just keep to myself to focus on what I need to do

Elliott: Whatever comes up on my ipod
Q: How do you celebrate a big win?
Elliott: We do the crunk circle
Q: What do you like the most about being a senior on the Volleyball team?
Elliott: I like to see my four years of hard work and dedication pay off and getting to be a leader on the team
