Its official: 2010 Yearbook sales are the worst in Walker history so far, selling only 70 copies in the first week. Mr. Cordle confirms, “It is ridiculous. Sales are by far the worst they have ever been, and students need to pick it up.” Staff members feel that the slugging economy may be a contributing factor, but they hope that the student body will realize the importance of this purchase.
It only takes a mere $35 to have an entire school year’s worth of memories to keep with you forever. Every homeroom has at least one yearbook staff member come every morning to collect yearbook money, so there is no excuse not to buy one. Although the yearbooks won’t arrive until Fall of 2010, it will be worth the wait.
Thirty years from now, you will want to be able to look back on your high school years and share some memories with old friends. The yearbook contains every event that took place this whole year, and over a thousand pictures of sports, friends, clubs, and teachers. The yearbook staff worked tirelessly on this project and they all take pride in their hard work. It is not too late to order a yearbook, so don’t miss your chance!
You can order a yearbook in advisory class any morning the rest of this week. Sales end April 23rd, and remember: its only $35!
High School memories are priceless!
